Press Brake Operator

We currently have vacancy for a Press Operator to work on our client site based out of Truganina. This role is temp to perm with full time hours Monday to Friday!

DAY SHIFT: Monday to Friday PayRate: $42.39 + Super + Regular OT
  
About The Role

• Read blueprints and setting the press machine accordingly to perform the necessary calculations.
• Monitoring the machine for irregularities which may indicate mechanical issues.
• Regularly inspect the finished products to ensure they meet the specifications outlines in the blueprints.
• Have the ability to troubleshoot machine malfunctions and complete minor repairs.
• Adhere to all safety standards and regulations.
• Document and file daily production results.

What We Are Looking For?

• Must have at least 2 years press operating experience.
• Have previous press operation experience.
• Ability to set press machines using computer-aided manufacturing software.
• A sharp focus and strong attention to detail.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Welding experience would be an advantage.
