Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the prestart process, ensuring they understand their options and make informed decisions.
- Coordinate selections and upgrades, providing expert advice on materials, finishes, and fixtures.
- Maintain detailed records of client selections and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with various departments, including drafting, design, and construction, to ensure a seamless transition from prestart to build.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within the building or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of building materials, finishes, and interior design trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications.
