The Role:
Our client is looking for an exceptional customer service-driven individual who is approachable and possesses a professional and proactive personality.
- Organise and prepare documentation ready for client Prestart meetings
- Client contact with high level of customer service, presenting clients with options and standards according to client’s standard specification
- Facilitate 3-4 in person meeting with clients per week in our showroom.
- Guide and assist clients with exterior and interior colour schemes for their home
- Guide and assist clients in selecting finishing products for their home
- Assist, explain and advise on client’s addenda and plans
- Liaise with estimating department to provide clients with accurate costs for upgraded options
- Prepare correct documentation with client selections to be signed and finalised with client
- Maintain and update Presite tasks and notes within specified time frames
- Process accurate documentation to drafting department for any changes
- Check and confirm all documentation
- Ensure all documentation is received and completed in order for jobs to progress through administration
- Filing of hardcopy and soft copy documentation in appropriate client files
- General administration duties as required
- Some experience working in a similar role for a custom home builder preferred not essential
- Interior Design, Prestart, Contracts Administration, Client liaison experience with a focus will be desirable however not essential
- Exceptional high Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- A positive and self-motivated approach
