The Role:As a Prestige Service Advisor, you will be the forefront of our dealership’s service department, providing personalised and high-quality service to our customers. You will act as the liaison between customers and our service team, ensuring that all client needs are addressed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers and conduct initial consultations to identify their service requirements.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service queue with efficiency and fairness.
- Provide accurate estimates for servicing work and communicate any additional service recommendations to customers.
- Ensure customers are kept informed throughout the service process, including updates on progress and any changes in timing or costs.
Manage customer feedback and resolve any issues or concerns with professionalism and courtesy. - Liaise with technicians and parts department to ensure timely completion of services.
- Process service orders and manage invoicing and payments.
Uphold the prestige of the Jaguar Land Rover brand in all customer interactions.
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor, preferably within a luxury automotive dealership.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to providing premium customer experiences.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A passion for the automotive industry and an understanding of luxury brand values.
- Valid driver’s licence.
