AM Tutoring is built on contemporary teaching practices, fostering a growth mindset and creating a safe, supportive environment for students to reach their educational goals. We aim to enhance student self-regulation and metacognition for life-long learning.
AM students benefit through personalised education, working in a creative and collaborative space with like-minded individuals. AM Tutoring is located in Pendle Hill; home to 800+ students from Prep-12, providing quality education to its surrounding community for over 12 years.
(ii) Position Description
- Structure lessons to meet the physical, social and intellectual development and characteristics of your students
- Create and maintain a safe, inclusive and challenging learning environment and implement fair and equitable behaviour management plans
- Work creatively and constructively within your teaching department
- Working with Children Check
- High-quality classroom teaching skills
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
(iii) Successful applicants would need to
- Have relevant qualifications and accreditation
- Be flexible and available afternoons Monday - Friday
- Be willing and capable of teaching across various year groups
- Strong classroom management abilities
- Able to work as part of a team

This role is classified as child-related work and therefore requires a WWCC clearance prior to commencement of employment.
