Position: Principal Adviser Organisational Learning and Development

Guided by our Vales, Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Strategic Development: Lead the development and implementation of frameworks and policies that support the delivery of our strategic objectives. Your innovative approaches in performance management, change management, and employee engagement will foster a thriving organisational culture.
• Culture Champion: Promote and drive cultural change initiatives that align with Council’s values, acting as a key liaison across units to enhance our workplace environment and support our preferred culture.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to Organisational Learning and Development that supports organisational objectives. Your expertise in coaching and consulting will enhance leadership capabilities and organisational effectiveness.
• Data- Driven Decision Making: Employ advanced analytics to assess the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement. Your ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies will drive the success of our learning initiatives.
• Reporting and Analysis: Provide comprehensive reports on the impact of development initiatives, assisting in strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.

Eligibility:
 

• Relevant tertiary qualification in HR Management, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.
• Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and may be subject to a criminal history check.
