Working within a small, integrated team, you'll leverage your expertise to foster a culture of high performance, facilitating informed decision-making and organisational success in a key state government department.In this role, you will:
- Engage with stakeholders to build good relationships and understand their needs, priorities and business requirements to prepare advice on Treasury's implementation of the Queensland Government Performance Management Framework.
- Coordinate the preparation and delivery of the non-financial elements of the Service Delivery Statement for the portfolio, the annual review of Treasury's Business Continuity Framework and Plan, the Annual Report, and other monitoring and reporting activities as required.
- Promote and foster innovation to ensure Corporate Performance activities are responsive to organisational needs for the provision and coordination of timely advice to senior and executive staff, and internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and review briefing notes, policies, procedures and guides to ensure compliance with legislation and to inform decision making.
