Our client is a reputable Financial Planning and Accounting Practice with a strong focus on providing a professional service to their new and existing clients. With locations nationally, the Company has created a new opportunity for an experienced Financial Planner with strong business development skills to drive New Business from within the network.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop relationships and prospect for New Business from existing clients and key internal referral partners.
- Provide comprehensive and high quality advice to clients in a compliant manner.
- Conduct client meetings and develop appropriate technical advice tailored to your clients requirements and lifestyle goals.
- Provide comprehensive advice across all areas including Superannuation & Retirement planning, Insurances, Wealth Creation with access to an extensive APL.
- Ensure all final documented advice is accurate prior to presentation to the client and/or prospective client.
- Conduct the Plan Presentation and Client Review Appointments with the Associate Planner and Support staff.
- Source new clients to grow client base and generating New Business through existing clients and referral partners.
- Maintain technical knowledge of products and trends in financial planning.
- Ensure your ongoing training requirements are maintained including CPD Points
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Experienced Financial Planner who enjoys developing New Business whilst maintaining existing client relationships.
- Strong technical knowledge across all areas of advice.
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Team Player and able to work autonomously.
- Completed relevant Tertiary qualification.
- Knowledge of Xplan desirable.
