About you
The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements:
- Apply problem-solving, analytical and innovation skills to evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify process improvements, and lead implementation and testing solutions.
- Gather, validate, interpret business and user requirements and research possible solutions to optimise business, corporate, operational and customer outcomes.
- Document current and future business system and process states.
- Develop key project deliverables including business requirement documents, functional specification documents, process maps, and user stories using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Elicit, validate, prioritise and document requirements using interviews, workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, and workflow analysis.
- Create and present high-quality reports, submissions, plans and consultative documents on a broad range of complex issues.
- Mentor and share knowledge with other team members to contribute to the maintenance of high-quality deliverables.
