Your key responsibilities in this role:
Develop, deliver, and monitor the FRaMES Project communication and engagement strategy/plan activities and products. This includes campaign development, and optimising communication channels to ensure stakeholders are well informed about FRaMES project activities and objectives.
Collaborate closely with the FRaMES Project Change Manager and provide planned and ad hoc communication artefacts that support the project goals.
Design and deliver innovative communication products and storytelling ideas that engage and inform stakeholders on project requirements.
Manage and coordinate events including information sessions, forums, lessons learned etc aligned with the engagement strategy.
Coordinate communication activities across the Project team to ensure consistency of messaging and delivery against milestones fostering ongoing collaboration.
Initiate, influence, and maintain positive relationships with and between key internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication channels to promote the successful adoption of change whilst managing stakeholder expectations.
Analyse communication activities and prepare analytics reports, on the communication activities to gain data insights and apply a strong risk lens to provide appropriate interventions.
Provide strategic direction and communication support to the FRaMES Project Director as required.
Experience you bring:
- exceptional writing and design skills with attention to detail and experience in developing creative content for various audiences and communication channels
- ability to interpret, translate and analyse information, or issues, into meaningful and concise communication to target audiences
- strong organisational and strategic planning capability in a project environment
- proven effective negotiation, consultation, facilitation, and oral communication skills in a complex project environment
- proven ability to research, analyse and evaluate issues to effectively respond to and resolve problems
- skilled in developing creative graphic design, website development, video content and using publishing software.
Whilst there are no mandatory qualifications needed for this role, however, relevant qualifications in communications, marketing or similar are highly regarded, in addition to awareness and/or membership of relevant professional and industry bodies (e.g. PRIA, IAP2).
Highly desirable - M365 suite | Publishing software | social media and monitoring platforms | Websites I Graphic design and video production with proficiency in enterprise and productivity applications.
