Manage the business relationship between the organisational ICT function and its clients to increase the value realised from ICT assets, investments, and capabilities.
What you'll do
- Manage the business relationship between the organisational ICT function and its clients by acting as a central liaison point for all ICT engagements across organisational divisions; to understand the business, to align ICT with the business and to promote ICT capability within the business
- Ensure that business planning incorporates ICT considerations, and ICT plans support business outcomes
- Lead the management of internal and external ICT service provision and delivery of ICT solutions for the organisation, including proactive identification of solutions that will enable service delivery improvement across ICT and DCJ.
- Assist clients in the development of business cases, leading the analysis and consolidation of relevant information to support the achievement of business objectives.
- As required, lead project management, including implementing or overseeing coordination of new and existing system requirements and/or business processes.
- Tertiary or industry qualifications in a related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience with demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Experience partnering with operational business area/s in ICT related programs and/or projects.
- Sound understanding of, and experience in ICT Service Delivery and Operations.
- Strong, demonstrable understanding of ICT technology, business processes and engagement skills with a high customer focus
- Demonstrated understanding of ICT Enterprise Architecture
- Sound business analytical skills with demonstrated capacity to develop business cases.
- Demonstrated experience in the management of internal and external stakeholders.
