There is now a real business need to hire a Senior / Principal Marketing Recruiter to join an established Marketing & Digital Division.
You have the opportunity to work a broad range of Marketing roles working with a no. of house accounts across both Private Equity and ASX listed powerhouses - Qantas, Woolworths, Macquarie Bank & QBE.
This is a 360 role, you will still need to generate your own work but there's a great platform to work from and a significant amount of downward flow of work from the hands on leadership team.
What are we looking for?
- 4+ years 360 recruitment experience in Marketing / Digital Marketing
- A track record around new business and account development
- The rive, effort and energy to be a top performer!
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight. We need someone who knows how to run their own business within a business
