ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're on the lookout for a driven Principal Consultant to join our growing team in Adelaide, playing a critical role in delivering our spatial solutions.
This role will lead software development teams and work closely with clients in helping to design Esri based technology solutions and will lead and manage our project engagements. Working closely with our new National Business Development Manager this position will also play a key role in our initial engagements with new clients.
With a focus on expanding business in South Australia this position will also have the opportunity to travel and work with clients nationally. This position is an opportunity to grow with us - showcasing leadership and technical prowess.

We are looking for charismatic and talented people with experience managing and leading multiple projects. Our ideal candidate has experience leading software technicians in the spatial industry and has contemporary Esri product knowledge.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Foundational Project Management: Managing projects and supporting customers throughout the entire project life cycle, including requirements, analysis, design, build and implementation.
- Team Leadership: Providing leadership and direction to software development teams in the pursuit of successful delivery of our projects.
- Ensuring Quality in Delivery: Establish, maintain and continuously evaluate quality assurance processes and standards across projects.
- Crafting Innovative Solutions: Pro-actively crafting and developing solutions that bring business value to challenges faced by customers.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Helping clients translate real-world needs into practical, state-of-the-art solutions.
- Ensuring Optimal Value in Service Delivery: Consultation and solution delivery with configuration first approaches, extended by tailored and customised full-stack application development

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:
- Minimum of 10 years software development experience
- Experience implementing Esri based enterprise solutions
- Charismatic ability to engage and influence stakeholders to best practice approaches to solutions
- Formal tertiary qualifications
