The Role
We are seeking a Principal Consultant based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane to join us in our growing Risk and Assurance team. The Risk and Assurance team works closely with other multidisciplinary services teams across HSE Global to deliver high end strategic and operational Risk Management services.
Reporting to the Global Director – Risk and Assurance, you will be responsible for delivering risk and assurance services, supporting our teams across HSE Global and assisting with the development and execution of our go-to-market strategy. You will also provide strategic and technical leadership and direction to a passionate team of safety professionals located across Australia, New Zealand and the US to deliver risk improvement services to our major clients.
You will be responsible for:
- Participating and assisting with the development of new solutions to address the changing Work, Health & Safety andRisk Management landscape.
- Providing subject matter expertise and deliver of a broad range of services including:
- Governance and executive Risk Management reviews
- Critical control management – strategy, risk analysis, delivery of bowtie workshops and critical control implementation.
- Executive due diligence and governance
- Risk Management strategy & performance Improvement.
- Enterprise Risk Management – reviews, risk profiling and systems development
- Critical incident investigations and advice
- Financial planning, scheduling, resourcing and management of large projects.
- Business development; expanding engagements with existing clients and developing new relationships with partners.
Frequent National and International travel will be required in this role.
