Job description

Permanent Full time opportunity to Provide efficient and effective management of the allocated resources for the General Practice Oral Health Services (GPOHS) Program for the Caboolture Outreach Integrated Oral Health Service to achieve service agreement performance targets and maintain budget integrity.

About the role

Provide appropriate leadership to ensure the Caboolture Outreach Integrated Oral Health Service (Caboolture, Kilcoy, Woodford Correctional Centre, General Anaesthetic Services at Caboolture, and Bribie Island) maintains a standing as a benchmark oral health program with regards to the provision of high-quality oral health services, clinical research, dental student and oral health therapy training, and staff development. Collaborate and integrate with the Child and Adolescent Oral Health Services (CAOHS) in the provision of clinical services across Metro North Oral Health Services (MNOHS).

About you

The successful applicant will carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

  • Provide high quality general dental practitioner oral health services to the eligible population.
  • Lead evidence-based patient centred, standardised, safe and high-quality care in our clinics.
