• Highly driven with a profound passion for facade engineering
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Membership with Engineers Australia as CPEng and NER
• DBPA Professional Engineer & Design Practitioner Registration (preferred).
• Minimum 12 years of facade engineering design experience within an engineering consultancy.
• Highly skilled in facade/building envelope/curtain wall design
• Adept at building positive and enduring relationships through effective communication.

As an experienced Façade Engineer at a leadership level, you possess demonstrated expertise in:Business Development:

• Excellent business development and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in reviewing project briefs, preparing proposals/tenders, and leading client presentations.

Professional:

• Exceptional leadership skills, nurturing high-performing teams.
• Advanced self-management skills, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

Technical:

• Proficiency in 3D geometrical analysis and thermal simulation software tools.
• Extensive knowledge of various facade elements and building materials.
