Albert State School are seeking a Principal for a temporary full-time position until 13 December 2024 unless otherwise determined. As the Principal you will nurture positive relationships with all stakeholders and share a strong shared vision for future success, inspiring curriculum delivery and growth. You will lead our school community to develop contemporary teaching and learning and improve student outcomes.
This is a temporary, full-time position that is available from 20 May until 13 December 2024, with the possibility of extension.

As the Principal, you will have responsibility for leading the following activities and delivery of the following key tasks, some including:
- Lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Uphold the principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
- Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
- Set high standards for student and staff performance.
- Understand the legislation and policies that impact on schooling.
- Manage resources to achieve goals.
