The Opportunity

As our Principal Mechanical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the overall design direction of projects and the quality of our deliverables, across a broad range of resource/mining, industrial, energy and renewables-based scopes for Tier 1 clients. Providing clear direction and oversight to the project team and leading from the front as a role model for junior engineers.
- Managing design projects (proposals, budgets, reporting, client liaison)
- Defining the technical approach for execution of engineering scope
- Producing and/or reviewing project technical deliverables (drawings, reports, calculations, datasheets. etc.)
- Leadership role in direct support of the Mechanical Discipline Lead
- Commercial input and operational exposure as required.
Who are You?
To be considered as our Principal Mechanical Engineer, you will need to have at least 15 years’ experience (post graduate) within a similar environment.
We are looking for new team member with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), a thirst for knowledge and a successful track record in engineering, design and/or project delivery.
