Reporting to the Manager People & Culture, the Principal People & Culture Operations, leads a team of six direct reports who specialise in talent acquisition, payroll and general human resources. The role involves various responsibilities across strategic, corporate, unit, leadership, and professional advice domains, including: Develop and implement talent acquisition and management strategies aligned with the City's values and objectives. Integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives into organisational programs. Provide support for workforce planning and remuneration strategies. Oversee payroll processes, provide specialist advice on recruitment, employee relations, and other HR matters. Provide leadership to payroll and talent acquisition teams.
