Loans Officer

Leading Finance company that provides finance for consumers is seeking an experienced Loans Officer to join their team.
  
You will be handling loan queries and applications and consulting expertise whilst providing customers with outstanding service. The key focus of this position is dealing with customers with loan applications and assessing whether to approve or decline. 
 
Key Responsibilities include:

• Client phone interviews to identify financial needs
• Provide support and advice to new and existing customers on options available to them
• Keep customers up to date regarding their application
• Assess the loan application
• Obtain additional information or documentation
• Build positive relationships with the customer

You will currently possess the following skills:

• Lending experience or Back-office loan processing
• Customer-focused with excellent client care
• A genuine enthusiasm for providing phone-based finance solutions
• Pro-active and resilient with a strong work ethic

The hours on offer are a 9 Day fortnight – where you have every second Monday off as an RDO. Hours are 7.30 am, finish at 4.30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 5pm Thursday and 4pm Friday.
