The Support Coordinator will promote a learning focussed, valuing and cooperative organisation that promotes the development and wellbeing of staff and volunteers. This role will be responsible in engaging with appropriate service providers and allied health professionals, and monitor progress toward the achievement of their plan goals. The Support Coordinator is to assist customers to identify community or mainstream supports that can also assist them to achieve their set plan goals.

Essentials
- NDIS experience
- With at least 1-2 years support coordination experience
- Proven experience in coordinating support services or similar roles
- Degree in a relevant field (Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in relevant software applications
