About the role
We have an opportunity for a Records Co-ordinator to be part of our Business Support, Professional Standards Command. The Records Coordinator is responsible for records management and support service delivery to the Professional Standards Command. The role ensures the integrity of PSC records by coordinating access to complaint files and information including record retrievals and returns, and ensuring the integrity, accuracy and security of information within the corporate Records Management System.

- Impeccable attention to detail with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- A demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with all stake holders as a genuine team-player.
- Previous administrative experience in records management, (archival knowledge desirable).
- Demonstrated capacity to apply the NSW State Records Act,associated NSW Police Force standards and other relevant legislation.
- High level computer literacy and ability to use a range of technologies.
- Ability to work in the office five days per week.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and proactivity in the workplace.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
