About the role:
Reporting to the State Director, you'll step into a pivotal role as a Principal Recruitment Consultant. Your primary responsibility will be to manage your own diverse portfolio of clients, building and nurturing strong relationships while creating both temporary and permanent recruitment opportunities. This is a newly created position and start up desk.
You will manage your own 360 recruitment desk from end to end, including but not limited to screening, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, post-placement care, business development activities and strategic market mapping
Through high activity you will cultivate and sustain strong client relationships
You will proactively identify and engage top-tier talent
Key Requirements for success:
- Experience as a 360 (agency) recruiter
- Previous experience in cold business development
- Successfully working to targets and goals
- Process driven with a customer service approach
- Organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- To work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
