About the role:
You will play a pivotal role in expanding the client portfolio and influencing business outcomes:
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members.
- Foster lasting client relationships, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to propose tailored solutions.
- Produce compelling presentations and reports showcasing your capabilities, success stories and project updates.
- Conduct thorough client needs assessments to grasp recruitment goals and challenges.
- Work closely with the Leadership Team to identify areas of business improvement and operational workflow.
You have a proven track record in business development, as well as a strong understanding of the recruitment industry.
- You have proven experience in sales and business development within Recruitment or Human Resources.
- You are confident in the art of negotiation, captivating presentations, and compelling communication.
- You're a self-starter, driven by results and target oriented, with a passion for leading & mentoring.
- Proficiency using CRM software and other essential tools.
- Travel ready with a licence and reliable transport.
