After receiving national backing and growth funding from our CEO in this specialisation, we are looking for an experienced, sales-driven, white collar recruiter to join as a senior member of the team in Sydney. You can enjoy ownership over your desk, focusing on new client acquisition and retention across various industries with no restrictions.What does your day look like?

• Establish and develop your own business development plan and acquire new relationships
• Nurture relationships with Randstad's large pool of PSA clients
• Achieve individual revenue targets and KPIs
• 360 end to end recruitment on a dual desk with the support of experienced candidate managers
• Attend networking events and be an active member of the professional community
