Skills and experience you will need:

- Like our current teams, a great work ethic. You will want to work hard and get paid well for your efforts. We have an uncapped commission plan.
- An entrepreneurial nature as we want you to enjoy building your own capability and business inside of Q1.
- A resilience to keep going and bounce when things don't go your way.
