Your role
Working with the team at mexec will offer the right person a unique opportunity to stay deeply engaged with current scientific knowledge and develop a stronger understanding of the technical sectors we recruit into. Recruitment is fundamentally an industry built on connecting with people - which will be central to this role. You will:

• Work with our team to identify and engage with high-quality candidates for roles with our clients.
• Develop relationships with existing and potential candidates and clients across various platforms.
• Provide administrative support to the business including client management and database updates.
• Support marketing campaigns to enhance the company's market presence.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong experience working in medtech, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, engineering, digital health, clinical research, or broader healthcare sectors is essential.
• A higher degree qualification in a scientific discipline - ideally a Masters or PhD - or equivalent experience working in one of the sectors listed above.
• Ideally, you derive enjoyment from learning, networking, and enabling positive outcomes for others.
• Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Adaptable and willing to take on additional responsibilities as the company continues to embrace emerging technologies and grows as a team.
