Principal Structural Engineer - Mining Portfolio Of Projects

Leading EPCM requires a Principal Structural Engineer with solid background in mining and Infrastructure to join their Perth based team. Reporting through to the Structural Department Manager, you will be not only be the technical lead but responsible for the performance, growth and development of your team.

Opportunity to be part of major projects for top tier mining Clients with a string pipeline of project work. 

Responsibilities will include:

• Be responsible for scoping and technical delivery of Projects relating to the Mining Portfolio.
• Design and management of large and complex projects
• Developing and mentoring your team
• Coordinating resources within time line and budget constraints 
• Managing project performance
• Support existing projects AND tenders for new projects.

Your experience will include:

• Relevant years of experience in Structural Engineering design in the Mining sector
• Advanced knowledge of Spacegass and/or StaadPro
• Experience  in leading a team of engineers and designers
• Experience in advanced analysis work in dynamic analysis, nonlinear fracture mechanics and other advanced analysis technique
