We are seeking an experienced Principal Systems Analyst, with skills to analyse and bring together key stakeholders across multiple systems and solutions, preferably in the Information and Communication Technology sector.
The successful candidate will be joining our Caboolture Hospital Redevelopment team to assist in commissioning the refurbished Caboolture Hospital. The role will provide systems analysis leadership to the development team to enable it to effectively deliver innovative and agile DevOps solutions to Metro North Health and provide a documented analysis of current and future local applications, specifically focused on data models and system interfacing.
Digital Metro North (DMN) works collaboratively with Metro North Health (MNH) clinical leads and end users to deliver the digital transformation strategy for Metro North Health. It will ultimately create an integrated digital hospital and healthcare environment across Metro North. In meeting this strategy significant capital works are being undertaken over the next five years that includes hospital construction/refurbishment and the implementation of ieMR Advanced solution across Metro North. Delivering this will require a dedicated team, with the capacity to work across initiatives and domains, with the knowledge, determination, skills and experience to deliver.

The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Proven expert experience in information system application development and support through all stages of the applications software lifecycle.
- Proven conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills to respond to clients and a proven ability to work in a team environment developing effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in the assessment, analysis, development, documentation, and implementation planning of changes in digital and ICT program/project(s).
