This is role is responsible for the management, growth and retention of the Private Bank clients within your set. The primary function of the role will be to build a thorough understanding of each client’s financial requirements and deliver through appropriate strategies as approved by the business unit. In particular with a focus on new business development, referrals, share of wallet and developing the client relationships sit with this role.
In this role, you would have the opportunity to:
• Ensure Private Bank clients receive advice and service to highest level
• Build a professional profile within your community
• Provide coaching & guidance to Associates, helping to create a supportive, creative and achievement oriented work environment for the team
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and colleagues to ensure your client’s service experience is consistent across the bank
• Ensure quality credit, assessment and recommendations by performing efficient and effective financial analysis, interpretation and credit risk assessment

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
• Previous investment experience
• Interested in and knowledge of financial markets
• Excellent Relationship management & business development experience
• Advanced communication, presentation & networking skills
• Currently holds a FA qualification
