BR Family Office is a specialist advisory business on the hunt for an ‘A-Grade’ Private Client Associate. This role is responsible for project managing the implementation of advice in a timely and efficient manner, whilst supporting our advisory team with the preparation of holistic, family wealth strategies.
This permanent, full-time role is a great opportunity to work with complex, ultra high net worth families and family offices, and develop advisory skills which span beyond traditional wealth advice. About the role
This role provides a solid foundation of knowledge across all working aspects of family wealth management and is the pathway into a Private Client Manager role, with the capacity to specialise in Strategic Advice, Investment Advisory and/or Succession Planning in future. You will report directly to the Private Client Managers, however also work closely with our leadership and advisory team.
As a Private Client Associate you will be:
- Assist with client meeting preparation which will include preparing family balance sheets, asset allocation and liquidity forecasts;
- Assist with formulating client financial models;
- Assist in formulating advice presentations;
- Liaising directly with clients on all administrative requirements both in person and online;
- Overseeing client related administrative tasks such as investment applications, account setups and life insurance applications;
- Providing investment committee support.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- A desire to undertake relevant studies or qualifications in the future
- Experience in a wealth advisory firm is preferred but not essential
- Be tech savvy, with meticulous attention to detail, an outcome driven work ethic and strong organizational skills
