As a versatile and experienced Private Personal Assistant, you convey impeccable levels of discretion and professionalism. Playing a crucial role in event and travel coordination, calendar management and family office errands and support, you will be entrusted with both confidential business and personal information. You are proactive, swift to adapt and love the challenge of supporting a busy family office with a collaborative approach. Your innate ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels will see you become your executive's trusted liaison. The tasks entrusted to you will be always varied, so being quick on your feet and having a calm and logical approach will help you pivot to changing priorities. Your courteous and open communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and adeptness in handling multiple projects with finesse come second nature to you. A positive and can-do mindset where no task is too big or small are key to succeed in this environment. For this role, full working rights, a clean driver's license and car are essential to create ease in the day-to-day responsibilities.
A snapshot of your role…
- Provide high level personal and executive support, managing a complex calendar across business and family affairs, booking appointments, organising events, travel and logistics
- Act as a liaison for the family office's internal team and external service providers, ensuring smooth flow of communication and gatekeeping as necessary to maximise your executive's time
- Assist with the planning and organising of business-related projects, booking and preparing your executive for business meetings, collating and drafting documents, proposals and presentations
- Seize the variety of tasks and errands associated with this hands-on role, with the adaptability to support your executive with family errands such as ordering groceries and pick up requests
- Coordinate with multiple employees and become the proactive, go-to person for every project whilst working closely with your executive to maintain an organised and efficient home office environment
