Private Practice Services Manager

Princess Alexandra Hospital Revenue Department are looking for an experienced Private Practice Services Manager to join their team. The Revenue Department comprises Private Practice Billing and Audit and Revenue Operations Teams. It is responsible for billing and optimising revenue from fee-paying patients and provides advice to senior management and Hospital executive on the efficient and effective management of resources with a particular emphasis on revenue opportunities, changes in revenue guidelines and legislation, revenue processes and systems at the state and commonwealth level.

Purpose of the Role

To provide expert advice on Private Practice matters in accordance with the legislative and policy frameworks on financial and information systems to ensure the effective operations for Princess Alexandra Hospital. Manage and lead a multidisciplinary team focused on optimising own source revenue opportunities in a public hospital environment.
