About the Role - Process Analyst / Project Support
An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic, hands-on and enthusiastic all-rounder to join a small project team working to pilot a new business opportunity for Care Connect. Utilising lean start up techniques, and starting from the ground up, the team will work with key stakeholders and external partners to build and launch an innovative new service offering into market later this year. Initially a five-month fixed term contract (ending January 2023), the potential exists for the successful candidate to continue with the team for future stages of the project. This role is ideally suited for a recent graduate with a few years work experience, who is looking to broaden their skill set in a dynamic, supportive and "all-hands-on-deck" environment
In this role you will:
- Demonstrate your strong process mapping, design and documentation skills by working with key stakeholders to capture and document requirements and build out To-Be processes
- Support the implementation of new software by defining key business requirements and assisting with user acceptance testing and error remediation
- Ensure quality project delivery by acting as a key support for the Project Manager, assuming responsibility for a diverse range of critical tasks across all work streams
- Contribute to building enduring capability in the teams by supporting training and onboarding activities, and acting as a subject matter expert on new business processes
- Monitor and report on the pilot success using an experiment framework

About You
To be successful, you have:
- An ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business environments
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations, deadlines and prioritise work
- Strong focus on delivering quality solutions for the customer and/or end user
- Proficiency in process mapping, and the design and documentation of efficient and effective processes in written procedures
- Ability to communicate with others in a warm and helpful manner while simultaneously building credibility and rapport
- Experience in the Microsoft Office suite and other systems such as Visio or Gliffy
- Preferred experience in the operations of an Aged Care organisation
Qualifications required for the role:
- Tertiary Qualifications and/or Business Studies
- Preferred experience with different methods of project delivery and/or innovation frameworks
Additional requirements:
- Part of our selection process requires the completion of psychometric assessments
- All appointments are made subject to a satisfactory National Police Check conducted by Care Connect
- A valid Working with Children Check supplied prior to employment
- A statutory declaration confirming Australian residency status (an international police check/s may be required for non-residents)
