Reporting into the Platform Delivery Lead, your role will include:
- Act as the main interface between ERP Platform team and functional areas
- Provide ERP and subject matter expertise to functional process owners
- Represent the functional teams in designing and implementing improved or new platform functionality.
- Identify areas for process improvement and lead improvement activities
- Actively identify opportunities to improve and automate processes to deliver efficiencies to users.
- Represent the functional teams in designing and implementing improved or new platform functionality.
- Advise stakeholders on industry standards in order to provide suggestions to streamline processes and develop requirements for configuration changes and work with relevant technical team to implement change.
- Assist in resolving user "how to" questions and creating relevant job aids/learning/communications
- Upskilling and knowledge sharing with specialist functional users to improve the response time and service to users.
- Perform ERP release tasks as required while ensuring the impact to the business is minimized.
- Ensure all configuration changes are planned & authorised prior to implementation, taking into account Business Process implications.
- Knowledge and demonstrated ability of Workday HRIS platform
- Project and/ or BAU business improvement delivery experience in a business in either an analyst or Process Analyst role
- Detailed understanding of Business Processes
- An ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organisation
- Ability to document and explain technical details clearly and concisely
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong and effective working relationships with individuals at all levels both within the organisation and externally
