Job description

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Process Improvement Lead to join a leading bank, delivering operational excellence and driving through better processes across a key function of the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
Design, implement and embed continuous improvement practices across the organisation, impacting major business functions, operations and programs.
Evaluate current business processes, systems, and functional requirements and suggest enhancements to improve business operations and performance.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to provide specialised knowledge.
Manage the process of implementing improvement initiatives.
Facilitate and oversee training and change management related to improvement initiatives.
Be a leader who focuses on employee experience and is guided by purpose and values.
Work with stakeholders and colleagues to ensure that the strategy aligns with both business and technology needs.
Coordinate activities among various support groups to ensure compliance with Service Management practices.
Oversee Operational Excellence in Technology and achieve measurable results and benefits that can be tracked and quantified.
Ensure that all services meet security and risk compliance standards established by the organisations Technology Security team.
Previous experience:
Candidates must be qualified in Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black/Master Black).
Possess extensive expertise in ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics.
Strong knowledge of ITIL V3 and metrics.
Thorough understanding of industry-leading practices and methodologies, particularly ITIL.
Knowledgeable in implementing and understanding OKRs.
Holds a degree in Design (Communication Design or equivalent).
Skilled in configuring ServiceNow Workspace Analytic Indicators.
Proficient in utilising Workbench to filter and provide comprehensive end-to-end visibility.
Capable of promoting services to the business.
Experienced in creating indicators, breakdowns, data collections, PA widgets/scorecards, and metric bases.
Able to effectively communicate a narrative and transform data into informative and actionable information.
