Your new role
As a Process Specialist, you will be accountable for driving a range of business & change-related projects by providing detailed process analysis including "AS IS" and "TO BE" process maps. As a driven and autonomous individual, you will be taking complete ownership of engaging with various stakeholders to understand current and future state processes in conjunction with the delivery of time-critical projects.
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience as Process Specialist (this role would fall in between a Process Lead and Analyst, as there are no direct reports but the role itself is at a senior level).
- Confident running workshops and taking initiative towards engaging with stakeholders
- Lean Six Sigma Certifications
- Able to go on site 5x per week with occasional flexibility
- Business Process Transformation Experience across a variety of projects and industries
- Understanding of process management methodologies and varied toolkits to ensure best practices
