AddressFMR Investments is seeking full time Process Technicians for our Greenfields Mill in Coolgardie, Western Australia.
The Greenfields Mill Gold Processing Facility is a 1 Mtpa process plant based at FMR investments' Coolgardie operation. We have a 3-stage crushing circuit, three ball mills, gravity circuit and a CIP circuit.
THE ROLE:
Working as part of the Greenfields Mill Processing team, you will provide consistent, reliable, and safe operation of the processing plant. You will support the Shift Supervisor and demonstrate high standards of work, safety and housekeeping. Your solid knowledge of Fixed-Plant operation will allow you to problem solve effectively, and your can-do attitude will make you a valued team member.
Key responsibilities of this role will include:
Ensuring the effective recovery of gold from ore processed whilst minimising costs
Monitoring the process with sampling procedures to ensure targeted metallurgical recoveries are being met
The operation of the processing plant in accordance with process parameters and control limits
The operation of the processing plant and equipment in accordance with documented safe work procedures
Monitor and adjust operating variables and equipment to maintain optimum output for the processing plant
Undertaking hazard analysis, ensuring all accidents and incidents are reported
Compiling production data as required
Participating in prestart meetings, and monthly safety meetings
ABOUT YOU:

The following qualifications are essential:
Demonstrated experience in Crushing and Grinding circuit operation
Strong working knowledge and experience in gold processing
A proven employment history as a considerate and hardworking team member
Hold a current C Class driver's license, Loader, Forklift, Confined Space and Work at Heights licenses
A proven commitment to safety and Fitness for Work
The ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of people and personalities across the organisation

Roster is 5/5/5, residential only.
All successful applicants require a current National Police Clearance (issued within the last 3 months) and the ability to pass a full pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening.
