About the Role Our Lithium business boasts world-class assets, including two of the world's largest hard-rock lithium mines: Mt Marion and Wodgina, as well as the recently acquired Bald Hill operation. We also have strategic partnerships with international leaders in the production and supply of lithium battery products.

Reporting to the Processing Superintendent and working on a 2:2 roster, you will assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the mineral processing plant at our Wodgina mine in Western Australia. This role is crucial for ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective processing of spodumene. Your primary responsibilities may include: Leading a team of processing technicians and operators to achieve key production and quality objectives.

Overseeing the operation of processing equipment, ensuring optimal conditions, and troubleshooting issues. Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Coordinating both planned and unplanned maintenance activities to minimise downtime and ensure high levels of equipment reliability.

Managing the response to breakdowns and conducting failure analysis to identify root causes and improvement opportunities. Fostering a work environment that promotes safety and compliance with all required regulations. What

You’ll Bring to the Team Our ideal candidate will possess strong fixed-plant mineral processing experience, including proven expertise in managing large on-site teams. Other key skills, experience, and qualifications: Exposure to mineral processing processes such as grinding, flotation, reagents, and thickeners.

Strong understanding of lab assay. Must have the following certificates, tickets, and licences: First Aid Low Voltage Rescue & CPR Confined Space Working at Heights C Class Driver’s Licence
