A fantastic opportunity has become available for a proactive and enthusiastic Technical Sales Team Supervisor to support our busy Sales Team located in Balcatta.
Are you a natural leader with a passion for Technical Sales? We're looking for someone to promote all aspects of the Callidus Group Leadership Charter and provide supervision and leadership to our Technical Sales Team.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to grow the technical capability of our team , generate new business by visiting customers and providing solutions to their problems , and network within our clients' organizations to increase our access to their problems .
You'll also build solid working relationships with our sub-vendors , manage sales tenders, quotations, and technical and commercial proposals to clients , and represent Callidus at industry functions .

The Successful Candidate will ideally have (training will be provided for right candidate):
- Ability to lead a team.
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering &/or minimum 7 years’ experience in the valve industry.
- Previous experience in a Technical Sales role – preferably a leadership position.
- Existing Network within Main Australian (EPC) Engineering Procurement Contractors organisations.
- Knowledge of isolation, control & pressure safety Valves.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Sound communication skills with high attention to detail.
- System knowledge and experience: Excel, Word, Office365, Project.
