As a Procurement Analyst at CT, you will play a critical role in optimising our procurement processes, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, and maintaining strong relationships with our vendors and suppliers.RequirementsHere's what you'll be doing:

• Responsible for Hardware and Software procurement from our Distributors and Vendors.
• Negotiation of pricing, leveraging of promotions, incentives, and rebate programs.
• Management of all open tickets and stock orders. Providing timely updates to Internal and External Stakeholders for estimated delivery dates.
• Work with the Supply Chain Team to deploy and reconcile deployed assets via our Asset Management System
• Responsible for working with our Warehouse Staff to organise returns to suppliers where required.
• Procurement and Invoice management of Subscription-based licenses, including Microsoft Office 365, and Aruba Central.
• Work closely with the Finance team to reconcile any Purchases and Expenses, and the Operations team to enable Supply Chain reporting capabilities.

Here's what you'll bring:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Experience in supply chain, procurement, preferably in the technology industry is desirable.
