About the role
Our Industry, Capability and Inclusion (ICI) team have an exciting Data Analyst, Social Value and Procurement opportunity on offer at the Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP) – we are looking for someone with skills or experience in reviewing data, regular stakeholder interactions and quality assurance to join their collaborative team. This is a newly established role, working directly with the Manager, Social Value & Procurement Monitoring & Reporting.
As the Data Analyst, Social Value and Procurement, you will play a supporting role in cleansing, collating and presenting data to inform strategies and initiatives across LXRP and working closely with Program Alliances.
On a day-to-day basis, you will find yourself:
Conducting regular data quality assurance, reviewing contractors data to ensure it meets LXRP and DJSIR reporting requirements.
Use programs such as Salesforce, Excel and Power BI to create appropriate data for internal and external stakeholders.
Identify improvements to how data is captured and areas that need improving back to the Manager, Social Value & Procurement Monitoring & Reporting.
This is a three (3) year fixed term position, paying a salary between $92,332 and $104,762 plus superannuation with hybrid working arrangement (a mix of office and home/remote based working). The office you will be working from is located in Melbourne CBD. Your team’s anchor day in the office is Tuesday, with the flexibility to choose a second office day that suits you and the ability to work from home on your other days.

About you
You are someone that enjoys both the aspects and challenges of data and Social Values. You might have a keen interest and knowledge in data but haven’t yet worked in the space – we value transferrable skills at LXRP. We are looking for someone who will be able to increase our data awareness and culture.
Let’s get technical – what skills do we expect you to have?
Knowledge of Salesforce, Excel and Power BI would be advantageous
Can work autonomously.
Ability to establish relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
