YOUR ROLE
As a Procurement Analyst, you will support the Procurement Analytics team within the Procurement Centre of Excellence. Your role involves owning key category Tableau reports and delivering commercial deal analytics. You will collaborate with Procurement Specialists to understand commercial activities, conduct deal analysis using internal and external data, and summarize outcomes for non-technical stakeholders.
Additionally, you will maintain and enhance Tableau reporting for key supply categories, using these data sources to provide insights to business stakeholders.
Your interest in advancing your analytical skills will lead you to work on ad hoc data analysis, deep dives, and monthly insights packs for stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including C-suite executives. You will conduct supply and demand analytics across contracts, business units, services, performance, assets, and financials, driving targeted supplier and opportunity engagements for stakeholders and projects. You will also provide supply and demand analytics to adjacent teams, such as Partner Relationship Squads and Strategic Procurement Planning and Sourcing, in a support role as needed.
This is a permanent role and can be based in Sydney.
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in data analytics & insights role, ideally with a procurement focus
- Commercial modelling and contract performance benchmarking experience
- Intermediate to Advanced Tableau skills (accreditation preferred)
- Proficiency in SQL and working with tools like Coginity and GitHub
- Familiarity with Enterprise Data Hubs and processes supporting deployment of changes highly regarded.
- Stakeholder management, persuasion, relationship and influencing skills
- Experience in supporting change management activities in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
