You will collaborate closely with the Head of Procurement ANZ to orchestrate the delivery of multifaceted value and risk mitigation strategies. Your key role will involve crafting and executing category strategies, sourcing initiatives, and managing partnerships, ensuring an alignment with financial goals, innovation, quality, and sustainability objectives.
Enrich the Supplier Services culture by contributing proactively, blending TWE DNA with Supplier Services vision.
Embrace and drive enriching stretch opportunities within the Supplier Services team.
Engage in structured Supplier Relationship Management routines to meet stakeholder engagement objectives.
Participate in executing the annual net promoter survey and review its outcomes to refine strategies. Support the implementation of the TWE value tracking framework, being a primary contact for regional stakeholders.
About you
You're an accomplished professional with dedicated experience in procurement, possessing exceptional time management, planning, and communication skills. Your approach embodies a strong 'bias to action,' driving impactful outcomes through advanced data analytics, excellent presentation abilities, and the knack for crafting compelling executive summaries.
Procurement experience familiar with FMCG, food, beverage, and packaging sectors.
Strong communication skills in managing supplier relationships and presenting complex data, facilitating informed decision-making
Skilled at balancing diverse priorities under pressure
Ability to influence stakeholders, aligning priorities and fostering collaboration Expertise in developing compelling presentations and executive summaries, contributing to informed strategic discussions
