This is an exciting position that will see you business partnering with key internal and external stakeholders. The role is business critical as it is responsible for managing all aspects of subcontracting services within the organisation. This position will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, maintaining high subcontractor standards, and ensuring strategic alignment with organisational Procurement Goals, Organisational Norms, and policies.What's in it for you:

- Optimise the efficiency of fulfillment teams by relieving them from subcontractor Procurement-related tasks.
- Manage subcontractor onboarding, pre-qualification, and compliance
- Develop and implement strategic approaches to subcontracting, including crafting partnerships and managing job forecasts.
- Oversee compliance with the company's codes of conduct and reduce its risks.
- Conduct assessments and negotiations to ensure cost-efficient subcontracting.
- Determine the allocation of work between subcontractors and in-house fitters.
- Achieve overall cost reductions of Subcontracting
- Degree in Procurement or Supply Chain or PMP (highly regarded)
- Experience in Category Management Services or Subcontracting
- Familiarity with construction industry standards and safety regulations
- Proven experience in procurement management or a related field.
- Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- SAP MM working knowledge (highly regarded)
- Service & Subcontracting budgeting and contracting.
