The Juniors is a thriving family friendly group of Clubs in Sydney with a growing membership and a dedicated focus on junior sport and community. Our Clubs are situated in Kingsford, Maroubra and Malabar.
We are seeking a dynamic individual with extensive experience in a Procurement role in the Hospitality or Club Industry to join our Kingsford team. The Procurement Manager provides procurement expertise and assists all stakeholders to plan, develop, source, and manage procurement arrangements to effectively meet organisational and business objectives.
This is a continuous process of identifying the need, as well as finding and getting suppliers onboard and managing them efficiently to acquire the Clubs various supplies.
The main duties include managing key suppliers, negotiating the company's purchasing agreements and making sure their materials and products meet the Clubs specifications and are delivered to the various stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be competent in the following:

- Able to work with multiple sites.
- Above average IT skills
- A focus on understanding and enhancing sustainability.
- Identifies suitable suppliers and contractors, both locally and interstate to obtain information relative to price, product, service, and delivery.
- Ability to correct invoice errors and to negotiate credits and adjustment.
- Ability to research suppliers of goods and services.
- Gather quotes, proposals, and purchase terms and conditions.
- Execute the purchase of goods or services approved by management.
- Track inventory and submit purchase orders as needed.
