Your Role with Us:
As part of our team, you'll be responsible for administering procurement-related contracts and assisting in the development of procurement and contract documentation. You will be part of the Legal and Compliance team and will be closely working  with our Finance team and other business departments to ensure that our procurement processes are efficient and compliant. What you will do:

  • Responsible for the development, rollout and maintenance of Procurement policies and procedures.
  • Administers end to end procurement process in coordination with the Finance team and other relevant business departments, ensuring compliance with relevant procurement policies and delegations.
  • Perform supplier due diligence checks in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
  • Monitors, evaluates and reports on risk and contract performance against KPIs and requirements, and implements strategies to drive value for money outcomes.
  • In coordination with the Finance team, validates invoices and ensures that payment schedules are met.
  • Completes and manages contract variations in accordance with predetermined processes.
  • Develops and maintains working relationships with suppliers and customers at an operational level.
  • Advises suppliers and customers on routine contract management issues in line with the terms and conditions of contract and relevant policies.
  • Assist the contract review and relevant exercises in relation to contract extension, expiry or transition option.
  • Assist in the development of procurement strategy/plan and contract management plan in coordination


What you will bring: 

  • 2  to 3 years’ experience in contract development and/or management OR relevant project management experience.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult, negotiate, and manage relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to interrogate a contract for key contract dates and our expectations of the contract.
  • Proficiency in using various software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Procurement experience in Sourcing and/or Operations will be advantageous
  • Experience in administrative, operational and contract documentation review will be highly advantageous

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Law and Communications, Accounting or other relevant fields
  • Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
  • Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom
