In this role, you will lead and uphold the adherence to our newly established Group Procurement Policy and Frameworks, ensuring seamless coordination across all business areas.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Procurement and operational tasks according to the Group Procurement Policy.
- Coordinate property and preventative maintenance for our national offices.
- Assist in sourcing rental office properties, negotiating Property Lease Agreements, and managing Makegood Agreements.
- Coordinate relocations and assist in refurbishments for newly leased properties.
- Handle maintenance and repairs for leased properties, including communication with Property Managers.
- Source, order, and distribute office furniture and services as required.
- Serve as a member of the OH&S Committee, organise site inspections, and ensure OH&S compliance across all leased properties, including managing Wardens.
- Revise and negotiate supplier agreements/contracts for general goods and services.
- Prioritise workload and communicate any challenges to management.
- Lead and manage Administration staff and maintain the Group Procurement database.
- Prepare Board papers and reports on Property and Procurement updates.
- Experience in procurement/purchasing - this could be the main part of your previous role or as part of a wider operational leadership role.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills and excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage a small team
- Knowledge of OH&S regulations and compliance.
