We require a procurement/Purchasing Officer to provide administrative support and assistance to our admin & warehouse production team, with regards to overseeing the sourcing, placement, tracking and daily processing of our supplier purchase orders via supplier websites, emails or phone. Liase with suppliers, reps & freight companies. Maintain the documentation of sales quotes, Myob orders & delivery dockets. Liase with our onsite workers for material orders and their site delivery. You will require strong written & verbal communication skills and excellent time management skills with attention to detail. Experience in a similar role and Myob purchase order knowledge preferred.
