As a Procurement / Purchasing Officer, you will be a vital part of the business.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Material take-offs from architectural / shop drawings for project related items
- Co-ordinating, ordering and receiving of materials
- Requesting quotes and liaising with third party contractors and fabricators
- Collaborate with the production department on material availabilities and deliveries
- Manage hardware and fixings for production and installation departments
- Store room reconciling
- Positive attitude and great work ethic
About You:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in shopfitting / detailed joinery / cabinetmaking
- Experience in commercial or residential joinery
- Local Australian experience essential
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills: Microsoft Office, Excel etc.
